CANCELLATION POLICY - TRIP CANCELLATION:

Full payment or deposit is due upon confirming your entry

100% refund up until October 1st (minus $100 admin fee)

75% refund up until November 1, 2024

50% refund up until December 1, 2024

No refund after December 1st, 2024

The above is if you personally choose to cancel due to injury or sickness or other reason. If we cancel the event due to covid, then the below policies become into affect. I encourage you to source domestic travel insurance to cover your entry if you have to cancel due to injury or sickness:
COVID:

If COVID Australian Government policies cause the event to not be able to happen between now and the event eg borders get closed down again then: you will have 2 options at that point:

Transfer your entry 2027 event

Or get a refund minus a $100 admin fee

If Covid shuts down one border (eg NSW), and the event can still go ahead for Feb with enough riders from other States, then anyone living in that Locked down State can transfer their entry to Feb 2027 event

We will be putting various measures into place to help with social distancing, with allocated groups for the week, meals outside where possible, briefings outside where possible and other aspects to keep things as safe as possible. These will be communicated to you leading into the event
