VOLUNTEERS

We LOVE Volunteers and are looking for some high energy enthusiasts to join the Trans Tas Volunteer Team for 2021

Roles that are available:

  • On course marshals (you will get to ride the full course each day) - First Aid preferred

  • Drivers/Logistics: to help with set up each day, moving vehicles around and any other random jobs!

  • Food Station - Mid Course: Setting up and managing food station at the mid course location each day (gets to ride half course each day)

  • Food Station - Finish Line: Setting up and managing food station and beer at the end of each day (gets to ride half course each day)

  • Course markers (course markers will most likely need to be locals for each locations that know the courses/trails)

  • Photographers and videographers (media team)

  • Medics (on course, which means you get to ride most of the course each day). You require an Emergency Medial Responder level or equivalent / paramedic level / doctor / nurse / or similar experience.

What you get for volunteering for Trans Tas:

  • 3 meals per day supplied plus unlimited snacks and beers!

  • Transportation throughout the event for yourself and of course your bike - including airport pickups - eg we are responsible for getting you and your bike to the start of the course each day and returning you to your accommodation at the end of each day

  • 7 Nights accommodation (of various types from bunk bed to twin share based on availability)

  • One heck of a good time and lifetime memories

If you are interested in volunteering please email Megan Rose: megan@ridingbc.com to express your interest and your area of preference. Along with first aid level and other relevant information. We can't accept all those that are interested, so we apologies in advance if we are unable to have you join the team.  THANKS and look forward to one week of amazing fun times and a lifetime experience out on the trails if you are one of the lucky ones!
